Welcome to Epic Auto Group LLC, doing business as Epic Auto Company (“Epic Auto Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online forms, rental application process, SMS communications, and related online services. By using our website or submitting information through our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Epic Auto Company provides vehicle-rental-related services and information.
Submission of a rental application or inquiry does not guarantee approval, vehicle availability, pricing, or a rental reservation.
Actual vehicle rentals are subject to eligibility requirements, vehicle availability, payment requirements, insurance requirements, and a separate Rental Agreement that must be accepted and signed before the renter receives a vehicle.
If there is a conflict between these general website Terms and a signed Rental Agreement concerning a specific rental, the signed Rental Agreement will govern that rental to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or submit information through our online forms.
To rent a vehicle from Epic Auto Company, a renter must be at least 21 years old and satisfy all applicable rental eligibility requirements.
These requirements may include possession of a valid driver’s license, identity verification, insurance requirements, payment requirements, and any other requirements applicable to the rental.
Submission or approval of an application does not guarantee vehicle availability or create a confirmed rental until all applicable requirements have been satisfied and the rental has been confirmed by Epic Auto Company.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting an application, inquiry, payment, or other information to Epic Auto Company.
Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or unverifiable information may result in denial or cancellation of an application, reservation, or rental.
Epic Auto Company may request additional documentation or information when reasonably necessary to verify identity, eligibility, insurance, payment information, or other rental requirements.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive text messages from Epic Auto Company according to the consent you provide.
Messages may include rental application and approval updates, customer-service communications, reservation and rental reminders, vehicle availability information, payment-related communications, and marketing or promotional messages when you have separately consented to receive them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting any goods or services.
SMS consent and mobile telephone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other telecommunications providers and may be outside Epic Auto Company’s control.
Your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply.
6. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Information submitted through rental applications, online forms, or communications will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, availability, or functionality.
You may not use our website, forms, communications systems, or services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or submit information using another person’s identity without authorization.
8. Third-Party Services
Epic Auto Company may use third-party service providers to support website functionality, customer communications, payment processing, identity or eligibility verification, insurance-related functions, electronic signatures, and other business operations.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
Use of a third-party service does not change your obligations under these Terms or an applicable Rental Agreement.
9. Vehicle Availability, Pricing, and Reservations
Vehicle availability, pricing, rental eligibility requirements, and other service information may change.
Information displayed on our website does not guarantee that a particular vehicle, vehicle category, price, or rental period will be available.
A submitted or approved rental application does not by itself constitute a guaranteed reservation.
Epic Auto Company will provide or confirm applicable rental pricing and payment requirements before the customer takes possession of a vehicle.
10. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Rental charges are generally required in advance before the renter takes possession of the vehicle.
Unless otherwise disclosed for a particular rental, Epic Auto Company does not require a security deposit.
Applicable rental charges, fees, and other amounts will be disclosed through the reservation process, payment request, Rental Agreement, or other applicable rental documentation.
Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, early returns, and other payment adjustments are governed by Epic Auto Company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy and, when applicable, the renter’s signed Rental Agreement.
Customers should review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before submitting payment or confirming a rental.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method when reasonably practicable. The time required for a refund to appear in a customer’s account may vary depending on the payment processor, card network, bank, or other financial institution.

11. Rental Agreements
Every actual vehicle rental may be subject to a separate written or electronic Rental Agreement.
The Rental Agreement may contain additional terms concerning payment, authorized drivers, insurance, vehicle use, mileage, geographic restrictions, accidents, damage, roadside issues, late returns, prohibited activities, smoking, tolls, tickets, fees, vehicle recovery, and other rental responsibilities.
Renters are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable Rental Agreement before taking possession of a vehicle.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Auto Company will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting solely from use of the website or online services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights, obligations, liabilities, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Liability relating to an actual vehicle rental may also be governed by the applicable signed Rental Agreement and applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
Epic Auto Company may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these website Terms will not retroactively replace the terms of an already executed Rental Agreement except where permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
